Simple Academy works the same way in every class: the tutor is met before they teach, the schedule is agreed with the family, and what happened in a lesson is written down. Nothing about a class is carried in somebody's memory.
How we work
One person is answerable for every class
Each class has one coordinator. Families call that person, not a hotline, and the coordinator answers for the schedule, the tutor, and the reports.
Nothing important happens without a record
Giving a class to a tutor, changing the class list, taking attendance, approving a report: each one is stored with who did it, when, and why. Disagreements get settled by reading the record.
We only publish classes we can staff
A class appears on this site once the schedule, the place, and the rate are settled, so a tutor never has to guess.
